The objective of this lecture was to strengthen professionalism, encourage proactive attitudes, and reinforce the sense of duty expected of every Air Force member, especially those serving as an instructors.
The Commandant outlined five core values that must be instilled in every INSPRA staff member.
1. Grasp Common Sense - Understand its importance in military instruction.
2. Apply Initiative Wisely - Act within the commander's intent, fostering empowerment.
3. Exceed Written Orders - Recognize when and how to act beyond directives.
4. Embody "Do More Than Less" - Integrate this principle into daily duty routines.
5. Influence Through Example - Train and mentor trainess by personal action and presence.
In conclusion, we as the INSPRA need to set the standard that requires by the Royal Malaysian Air Force. The trainess won't remember all of the lessons, but they never forget the how you showed up, how you corrected them.
In the Air Force, our edge is not the technology, it is in people who are trained, competent and ready.
